The British Council IELTS operations team will be closed from 25 December to 1 January.
During this period,phone/email support will not be available;
transferring/cancellation requests will be processed sequentially as below :

Collection of the Test Report Form for the IELTS on Paper test taken on 11 December is only available on the dates listed below, excluding public holidays.
